Hidden Moose Lodge

My wife and I recently visited Glacier Park and were extremely happy with our stay at the Hidden Moose. The rooms are excellent and the breakfasts were top notch. The staff was second to none. The owner was very informative and suggested places to visit and hike. Just a little warning. Tracy is a little sassy but very classy and added to the enjoyment of the stay. Watch out for her, her humor is addicting.

We always enjoy staying here during the winter. We normally go around Christmas. They decorate so so so much. It's absolutely gorgeous. The main lounge is straight out of a hallmark movie with a real fire in the fire place, a Christmas tree and a sled to take pictures in. The dinning room is all wood to fit the lodge theme. The rooms are comfortable and cozy with individual balconies to drink coffee off of in the morning. Pretty quiet overnight, not a lot of traffic or noticeable noise. They also have dog friendly rooms with easy access to let them out and trails to walk them on. They have a hot tub looking out to the mountain behind them with its own fire place, absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. They also give complimentary drinks to take out to the tub. And breakfast is so so so delicious, home made! Everything about it is my favorite! Being a local from whitefish, I would highly recommend this place. It's very close to down town if you want to bar hop or explore and under 10 minutes away from Big Mountain for skiing/summer activities. We have gone three years in a row and always make time for a mini retreat here. Everything about it is amazing.

We celebrated a birthday here and it was a lovely surprise to get a gift in our room. Hidden Moose has a wonderful style and atmosphere. The staff were so friendly, efficient and professional. Rooms were super comfortable as was the huge king-size bed. We enjoyed both the warm fire in the sitting area as well as the warm hot tub outside. Always a thrill to soak outdoors when there is snow on the ground. Food and wine also get a 5 star.
